Amplifier approached Goodwill Staffing Group in March of 2013 looking for skilled employees to work in their fulfillment center. As trusted ambassadors for some of the most beloved brands, Amplifier needed an extremely reliable workforce. After researching other agencies, they chose to work with Goodwill for their temporary staffing needs by hiring three employees. While Amplifier was very pleased with their initial hires, they did not foresee the need to bring on more employees until at least May.
Suddenly, two weeks later, business boomed and a second shift needed to be created to meet the demands of their customer base! Amplifier immediately contacted the Goodwill Staffing Group. They jumped into action to meet their requirements and secured quality employees quickly.
As of October 2013, Amplifier’s exponential growth has enabled 88 Central Texans to find temporary work with the potential for stable, full-time employment. In fact, 22 have since been permanently hired. Not only has Amplifier provided employment opportunities to Goodwill clients, they have created a positive work environment based upon professionalism and respect.
