Rob Neville

Rob Neville is a successful business builder, entrepreneur, and turnaround enthusiast with over 30 years of valuation creation and delivery experience in private, public, and nonprofit environments across various industries, including the life sciences, software, healthcare IT, and venture capital. Rob has been a finalist in the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award multiple times, winning the Central Texas Life Science category in 2018. He was selected as E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year judge for 2021 and 2022. Rob was co-founder of a 501(c)(3) providing educational opportunities to inner-city at-risk youth in east Austin, has served as a member of the Board of Directors on the Austin Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and is currently on the nonprofit board of the Forward Foundation.

Jennifer Carter

Jennifer Carter led the Goodwill mission in Michigan and Georgia since 2003, before joining Goodwill Central Texas in 2017 as Vice President, Workforce Advancement. In June 2021, she was promoted to Chief Mission Officer. Ms. Carter believes that work can be a vehicle for living your life’s purpose and thrives on seeing people realize their full potential. As Chief Mission Officer, she’s responsible for developing and implementing workforce programming that empowers individuals to find, keep, and advance their careers. Ms. Carter leads Workforce Advancement, Team Member Services, and the Goodwill Career & Technical Academy. During her off hours, Ms. Carter enjoys working out and spending time with her partner and daughters.

Craig Wright

Craig Wright brings over 20 years of expertise in finance and accounting. Before joining Goodwill Central Texas, Craig served as CFO for WM Capital Partners and Senior Living Properties, LLC. His extensive experience includes developing and implementing financial frameworks that align with corporate goals and managing cross-functional teams. Craig has earned a Texas Certified Public Accounting license as well as a master’s degree in professional accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. His proactive leadership style and commitment to sound financial stewardship have made him a trusted advisor and an invaluable asset to the executive team.

Mara Fouts

Mara brings strong and diverse experience to Goodwill Central Texas. Her early career included roles with national advertising agencies and in corporate communications. Her marketing background led her to the National Hispanic Cultural Center Foundation, where she began her work in philanthropy. She later served as Director of Major Gifts for Ronald McDonald House in San Diego. Before joining Goodwill, she was the Senior Director of Development for The Seton Fund, supporting Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin. Fluent in Spanish and proudly bicultural, Mara has lived and worked in California, New Mexico, and Texas, her home state. A cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University, she calls Austin home with her husband and their two dogs.

Aaron Moncibaiz

Aaron Moncibaiz brings a wealth of legal, legislative, and criminal justice expertise to our leadership team. Before joining GCT, Aaron spent five years serving as the Criminal Justice Policy Advisor to the Texas Lieutenant Governor. Before joining the Lieutenant Governor’s office, Aaron spent more than eight years at the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, where he worked as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney. At that time, he handled a diverse range of felony and misdemeanor cases. While there, he also supervised prosecutors and provided them with prosecution and criminal law training.

Theresa Rappaport

Theresa Rappaport is an education leader with more than 10 years of experience in charter school administration. Her passion for education and helping others led her from Kansas to Texas in 2007 to serve two years as an AmeriCorps volunteer. This experience allowed her to enter the world of education, where she served in roles ranging from special education to school finance.
Theresa joined The Excel Center in 2015 as the PEIMS Coordinator, quickly took on additional duties for special education, and became Assistant Superintendent of Administration and Programs in 2018. Theresa’s husband, Adam, is a high school teacher for Austin ISD. They have two daughters and a pet rabbit named Bun Bun. They enjoy going on walks, playing board games, and watching the latest Nicolas Cage movie.

Keith Sommer

Keith Sommer originally came to GSG Talent Solutions (GSG) in August 2012 as Business Development Manager for the launch of private industry recruiting. Under his leadership, private business grew from $50,000 to more than $2.7M by 2016. Promoted to Vice President of GSG Talent Solutions/Business Solutions in May 2021, Mr. Sommer continues to lead staffing and cultivate business opportunities for Goodwill Central Texas. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Mr. Sommer has served on numerous boards, including the United Way, the Missoula Area Economic Development Council, and the Leander Excellence Education Foundation. Mr. Sommer is the proud father of two daughters and now has a house divided with a Sooner and a Longhorn in the family.

Jason Stewart

Jason Stewart began his career at Goodwill Central Texas in June 2015 overseeing the veterans program. He was promoted to Senior Operations Manager at the Goodwill Resource Center, managing the Outlets and all Post-Retail Operations. In October 2017, he was promoted to Director, Commercial Services, overseeing all private, state, and federal contracts that focus on employing people with disabilities. After being promoted in 2019 to Senior Director, Commercial Services, Mr. Stewart is now Vice President, Commercial Services. Prior to Goodwill, Mr. Stewart spent 20 years in the U.S. Army. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and is pursuing a doctorate in Business Administration. Mr. Stewart has been married to his middle school sweetheart for over 25 years and has two daughters, Chloe and Kylee.

Erin Kingsbury

Erin Kingsbury has over 15 years of experience in social services empowering individuals to live lives to their fullest potential. She began working at Goodwill Central Texas in 2008, serving in a variety of roles, most recently as Vice President, Workforce Advancement. Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Centenary College of Louisiana, and a master’s in Professional Counseling from Texas State University, with a focus on career and community. Erin wholeheartedly believes a meaningful career can transform not only an individual’s life, but a family, and a community. She also believes organizations that serve the community should mirror its values and mission as interwoven threads of the business. When not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her partner Chad, son Miles, and two dogs, Bella and Bailey.

Carlos Garcia

Carlos Garcia has more than 20 years of comprehensive human resources experience in strategic HR planning, policy development, employee engagement, and organizational development. He specializes in employee relations, employment law, and succession planning. Carlos has led HR strategy across various divisions, including marketing, merchandising, logistics, IT, finance, and risk management. This experience gives him a unique perspective on developing teams and enhancing employee communications across diverse functions.

As Vice President of People and Culture, Carlos implements strategies that strengthen our mission and values while promoting a culture of caring and inclusion. His expertise is key in boosting team satisfaction and engagement across Goodwill Central Texas.
