For more than 70 years, Goodwill organizations across the U.S. and Canada have commemorated Goodwill Week during the first full week of May to raise awareness for our life-changing mission. This year, we’re celebrating from May 4 through May 10, 2025, and Goodwill Central Texas has several exciting events planned. Keep reading to learn more about them, including how you can participate!
Join Goodwill Central Texas as we celebrate Financial Capability Month. Connect with local financial and community resources. There will be snacks, swag, and raffles!
11:00am to 12:00pm: Join our Financial Empowerment Trainers for an information-packed workshop entitled, Spending Less, Saving More: Take Control of Your Finances. Plus, stay tuned for the raffle giveaway at the end of training!
12:00pm to 1:00pm: Connect one-on-one with a Financial Empowerment Trainer for budget creation support or financial goal planning.

Austin Fashion Week X Goodwill Central Texas SUSTAIN Fashion Show
SUSTAIN is a fashion show in partnership with Goodwill Central Texas, featuring designers and stylists upcycling items from Goodwill into fashion-forward runway-worthy looks. This fashion show will feature style strutters Jennifer Carter, Allison Miller, and Ashley Sauls walking to benefit Goodwill Central Texas.
