Goodwill Central Texas Welcomes New VP of Marketing: Elena Grey

We are excited to share that Elena Grey has joined Goodwill Central Texas as our new Vice President of Marketing.

Elena brings 20 years of marketing leadership experience spanning B2B, customer-facing, and multi-brand organizations. She has led marketing teams in a variety of industries, including design, technology, media, and real estate.

Most recently, she served as Vice President of Marketing at Carnegie. While there, she led a major brand transformation and helped the organization expand into new markets. She also developed marketing strategies that supported growth, stronger customer relationships, and improved sales outcomes.

Advancing the Goodwill Central Texas Mission

In her new role, Elena will help strengthen how we share the Goodwill Central Texas mission across our programs, services, and businesses. Her experience building brands, developing teams, and creating thoughtful marketing strategies will be a strong asset as we continue growing our impact throughout Central Texas and advancing our 10-year vision for Centers for Good.

We would also like to thank Shannon Kearney, Director of B2B Marketing, for stepping in as Interim Senior Director of Marketing during this transition. Her steady leadership, care for the team, and commitment to the work helped keep important priorities moving forward.
