Explore Curbside Collection Through Austin Resource Recovery

Fill out the form to learn whether complimentary curbside pickup is an option for your donation. Curbside pickup is provided through our partnership with City of Austin – Austin Resource Recovery. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for a response.

What We Cannot Accept

To ensure the safety of our team members, donors, and customers, we cannot accept the following:

  • Automotive materials
  • Home building materials (i.e., blinds, doors, cabinets, plumbing materials)
  • Weapons, ammunition, and fireworks
  • Tube/CRT/Plasma televisions and screens
  • Large appliances (i.e., refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners)
  • Batteries
  • Large exercise equipment
  • Baby furniture (cribs, strollers, car seats)
  • Mattresses, box springs, and pull-out couches
  • Damaged or stained furniture
  • Yard or household trash
  • Medications
  • Chemicals and hazardous materials (i.e., paint, solvents, pesticides)
