What We Cannot Accept
To ensure the safety of our team members, donors, and customers, we cannot accept the following:
- Automotive materials
- Home building materials (i.e., blinds, doors, cabinets, plumbing materials)
- Weapons, ammunition, and fireworks
- Tube/CRT/Plasma televisions and screens
- Large appliances (i.e., refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners)
- Batteries
- Large exercise equipment
- Baby furniture (cribs, strollers, car seats)
- Mattresses, box springs, and pull-out couches
- Damaged or stained furniture
- Yard or household trash
- Medications
- Chemicals and hazardous materials (i.e., paint, solvents, pesticides)
- Food

To help address the rising challenges with e-waste, we have partnered with Dell Reconnect to offer donors a free and convenient way to recycle their used technology. We accept the following items from any brand and in any condition:
