Curbside Collection Do’s and Don’ts
Do
Use the provided curbside collection bags for your items. Additional items can be placed in boxes or bags labeled “Goodwill.”
Do
Do set all bags for collection on your curb, on the porch, or in the garage. If you are home during pickup, we will collect bags from anywhere on the ground floor of your home.
Do
Do let us know if there might be any barriers to entering your property, such as gated communities or fences.
Don’t
Do not set out furniture for collection. We cannot accept funiture at this time.
Don’t
Do not set out infested items for collection. This service accepts items in all conditions for reuse or recycling, provided they are not infested with bed bugs or other parasites.
Don’t
Do not set out hazardous materials; we cannot collect these items for the safety of our team members.
